via hdmi or rgb it could well work as NTSC or PAL is only an isue with composite video I think it depends on if the TV can cope with 50HZ frame rate . The majority of modern TVS can do 50 hz or 60 hz so that they can sell all over the world by just installing an NTSC PAL or SECAM decoder.
