What is a Smart TV? Is it Same as Internet TV?

I have a Question What is a Smart TV & if a TV has 3D Full HD, Internet TV, Skype & Built in WiFi, So is that also called as Smart TV????

I am thinking to Buy Sony LED TV Model no. HX-75. Can anyone confirm if this is a Smart TV?

A smart TV is pretty much the same as a Smart Phone in the sense that you have full internet access just like a computer. So you can download / stream movies, go on social sites, or anything else. Most Smart TV's have their own internal browser to search away. A Smart TV is similar to an Internet TV but you get more features and functionality. The Sony HX-75 is a smart TV, but it looks like its Wi-Fi Ready but doesn't have the Wi-Fi Adapter. I believe this means you with this model you will have to buy a separate Wi-Fi Adapter if you want to connect this TV to the internet using Wi-Fi

Google TV is the best "Smart TV" option. its a separate box and it gives u internet, apps, netflix, hulu, FULL 1080p HD, Amazing sound and picture. Its 99$ for the Logitech revue (which is a google tv box). Vizio and samsung also make google tv.

smart tv just dont have only internet option but also had lots of other feature....if u want to by one than go for

LG or Samsung.
