You are paying for the service, get on the phone and make them deliver the service they promised.

If they can't fix it, drop them, go with a small dish (either DirecTV or Dish).

How is it horrible? do the actual HD signals look ok?

I think cable is the worst source for an HD set. Channels that are not digital or HD look like crud. However, the actual HD signals should look ok.



Otherwise, get satellite.
