I have recently moved into my newly built house, I asked for tv ports to be jnstalled in each of the bedrooms. Going into the loft I found 4 different cables with loose ends. I'm guessing that each cable is for each room. What isit I need to use to connect te cable from the antenna to the 4 cables for each bedrooms...

Ps any tips on getting the best possible pictures.

Thanks in advance!!

first buy a uhf antenna and a four way uhf splitter . wire them.

on digital tv or set top box, there is a signal indicator on menu . check with this the outlels .

if signal level is low.......use a 20 dB line amplifier .

No... in case you chop up the aerial, you be able to music to 2 separate channels.... like numerous different aerial The digital aerial isn't any different from an 'hassle-free aerial interior the experience that it will p.c.. up a unfold of channels additionally, like different aerials, in case you chop up the feed, then the output would be slightly decrease, so if this would nicely be an enduring installation, this is beneficial to invest in a sign booster, too

Buy an antenna distribution amplifier with one input and 4 outputs. They should be available at most electronic outlets such as: Radio Shack, Best Buy, and maybe Walmart. I hope you have an electrical outlet in your loft. You will need one. If no electric available I recommend you try a 4-way splitter (non amplified so no electrical required) available most anywhere. If your reception with the splitter is not good you will need the amplifier in the loft.

Splitters are lossy.
