How can I access my TVs menu without a remote?

I have a BUSH TV monitor, the Serial number is LED24127FHD. 

I need help on how to access the TVs menu without a remote because I need to adjust the aspect ratio on the picture, considering it doesn’t have an ethanet port to connect it to WiFi, I can’t use an app to pair with the TV. The only options I know of with the side panel button are volume change, source change and TV off/on. Is there any way of accessing the menu?

Serial numbers identify one specific unit within a production run. 

They don't help in situations like this.              

                  

Model numbers identify specific details applicable to all units made in a run.   

Always specify the Model number when asking questions about problems. 

              

Depending on the model,there may be no way to access the menu without a remote.

Look at the back, sides or under the TV. There should be some buttons lying around. Fiddle with them. One is the Menu and some others are like arrows, then finally, one is Enter. There are also buttons for volume and for changing channels but they may be integrated with the arrows.
