I have Dish Network, I can only watch 2 channels?

We had a huge storm about 3 weeks ago, and since then, I can only watch the DIY network & the Lifetime Movie network on my television. I have Dish Network. The error is:

A problem has been detected with your multi-dish switch.

The troubleshooting told us to clear out the satellite... We did that, and it hasn't rained for about 3 weeks, and I'm stuck watching these two channels. Any fix?

We have a RF Modulator attached if that helps any.

unplug the receiver from the wall for 5 mins. this is a hard reset.

Sure, if you have a dual tuner receiver you can watch picture in picture mode and either split the screen or toggle between two programs.

Sounds like you should call the dish repair man.
