I lost my TV remote and accidently switched the channel?

well i have a small (strawberry shortcake) i know i was 7! And when I was going to change the volume I hit channel instead and when I tried to go back it just skipped over the channel!! Is there anything i can do tonight to change it back?

you probably selected the channel with the remote. What it sounds like is the channel is not programed into the t.v. which is why you need a remote to manually select it. Try seeing the the t.v. has a "menu" or settings button...somewhere in there you should be able to "re program" the channels. Once selected it will flip through all the channels until it is done, and thus your channel should be accessible.

You can try selecting the menu button and do an auto scan of channels you receive and after it's done you should be able to use the channel up down buttons again.



Usually the volume and channel buttons will let you select the different options in the menu. Pressing the menu button again usually backs you out from that screen.

How did you hit the wrong button if you lost it?

Isn't there a button on the tv?
