Can I fix the color convergence on my hdtv myself?

My Samsung rear projection hdtv color convergence is off and unfixable in the menu options. Os there something else I can do rather than calling the repirman?

Trust me....DON'T TRY IT!! It will cost you much more when that serviceman has to come in and fix what the origional problem was and what you did! Is it DLP...if so, it is a 'chip' problem. If it is CRT (tubes) then it can be adjusted in the home. I own 3 Samsung HDTV's and love them all!
