can i EXCHANGE not return my TV from Costco from almost 1 year ago?

My 55" Vizio TV from Costco won`t turn on as of last night. The Costco return policy online talks only about returns for full refunds being 90 days. I don`t want a full refund. I just want a TV that works and just want to exchange the TV. Do you know if Costco honors exchanges? Thank you.

No, you can not exchange a tv that you purchased a year ago and also does not turn on. You are going to have it repaired, it is under the factory warranty. Costco offers you an extra year of warranty. Vizio is a bargain price tv and not very dependable. If you read yahoo questions all the time, you will notice that 95% of tv problems comes from those bargain price tv. Hope this will help you out.

After the 90 days has expired, you won't be able to exchange, but they will repair your existing TV. They will only provide a replacement if your TV can't be repaired.

they will more than likely send it off to get it repaired due to its nearly 1 year old
