I've been watching netflix through the built in wifi on my Sharp Aquos tv for months now but when we went to turn it on this morning it says" a software update file is available online. We cannot start netflix unless software updates. Proceed to update menu?" I click yes and it starts to download the latest software and goes for about 20 minutes before it stops and says "download failed" It has done this numerous times this morning. Any ideas on why it's doing this? What should I do about this? Is this a problem with the TV, netflix, or my wifi ?( all other wifi devices in my home are working just fine so I doubt its the wifi) Any help would be great.
