I am buying a new plazma tv, which is better vizio or westinghouse?

VIZIO and Westinghouse both have a 42 inch plazma HD TV for the same price, does anybody know which one is better???

These are 2 horrible brands..... you do get what you pay for. My neighbor's Vizio plazma blew up last year. Have you bothered to look at the pictures on these two brands?

The best Plazma TV manufacturers are Panasonic and Pioneer.

I got a 50 inch Vizio at Circuit City and the pic is as good as I've ever seen. They will try to talk you into a pricier TV, but if you go in the store and compare I don't think you can beat the Vizio pic.

Vizio is a new brand, though they are the same price. Westinghouse is a known brand name. The Vizio has inadequate speaker system....I'd go with Westinghouse. ;)

I would find a place that has both brands look at them side by side.Myself I would go with a different brand, especially a better brand and you don't have to go high end. Compare the price per inch of screen and what connector are on the back of the unit. And also if the place you are buying installs it for you.

Between the two I would say Vizio, but I highly reccommend spending to get a panasonic.
