I have a Logik TV, and have lost the remote control, the replacement is upwards of £20 inc. P&P and there are others that are cheaper. Will any remote control work on the TV? If so, how do you program it?
Thanks

no, most remotes are frequency locked and cannot be programmed, those that can be are specifically designed for this purpose.
Here are a slection of remotes which can be programmed

but this one is quite obviously the only one which merits serious consideration

No you can't reprogram any remote: your options are to buy the proper new one or a "Universal" remote that can be programmed to any TV that the makers knew about. There probably will be a few things that don't work quite as wanted though

There's a list of em lol (Assuming this room of men isn't gay) Here's a few suggestions: ANY soap opera America's Next Top Model Backyardigans (it's a kid's TV show) Kate Plus 8 Carebears (if you have it on DVD) Hello Kitty and Friends (if you have it on DVD, this will DEFINITELY work) Blues Clues Hanna Montana Shake It Up (New TV show on Disney) Pretty much anything on the cooking channel that isn't the Iron Chef or Cake Boss/Ace of Cakes

No, it has to be the remote that came with the tv box e.g. Sky+ box comes with a sky+ remote.
