Get a new TV... I have the Sharp Aquos 43" StupidTV and I've been back and forth with the netflix button not working... when it doesn't work, there's no errors... nothing about unable to connect or anything, it just dumps me right back to the input selection I had prior to pressing the "Netflix" button... same happens if I try to load netflix via the smartTV interface..

I even just did a factory reset and configured reconfigured all my settings (including wifi) and my netflix ESN is STILL assigned to the TV... smh... In the past I've deactivated the ESN and was able to connect to netflix at which point I'd be given a login/signup option... unfortunately this time that trick is not resolving my issue, and neither did a factory reset...

The Aquous line has come on strong this year and is one of the better LCD televisions. Last year it was Sony, this year it is Sharp. A LOT of things are being sold at cost this Friday to get you into the store (and perhaps sell you a $100 HDMI cable), or a HD/BluRay player. Thank competition.

Is your tv connected to the network? You probably need to download netflix on your tv first and then begin to use it.

All of your answers are in the manual. The most likely issue is that you haven't connected the TV to your home network.
