How can you contact Dish Satellite network?

They have Great products!
They have Great prices!
The service is good as far as its working.

But they have complete and utter idiots, , when you call in. They are rude!! Usually barely speak English, and they lie and do anything to get you off the line. Called phone number they gave me. He said he installs Dish and agrees with the above, but he gets 8 calls a day from the 1-800-333-dish referrals.

I want to ask about this issue in Charlie Chat, another awesome thing about Dish, but I can not figure out how to do so.

I so agree with you. They are great but when you call in they blow chunks.

I have no idea How to contact Charlie Chat.



I went to a local installer who sold Dish, he deals with their issues. He told me that same story of the call center blowing off calls to him.



I hate Comcast, they are straight out jerks, Direct TV is just not as cool as Dish on features, but they were easy to talk to when I was looking at who to choose.



I am glad that this Yahoo answer thing is around to let us share problems and answers.

When you call dish, just ask to speak to someone in the US. They have to (by company policy) transfer your call from the India Calling center back to the US. You will get an english speaking serrvice rep who knows what they are talking about.

I had them once and they were not great on customer service. Now I have FIOS and that is awesome!!!!! soon the world will know what excellence is.
