I have an HDTV, but I don't have cable, so im constantly moving my antenna for better signal. What is the best antenna that I can use, and get better signal?

A rooftop antenna mounted as high as you can get it.
If you're constantly moving your indoor antenna, you will want a rotor for your rooftop antenna.

They still make antennas?
Well, the tin foil method always worked for me...but to be honest, if you have an HD TV, you need a picture that will live up to it. You should get cable.
