What channel is it for my sanyo tv for dish network?

I just got an older Sanyo tv, no a flat screen. My other tv was on channel 73. I tried everything from checking that everything is plugged in and a channel search. The channels in this tv only go to level 69. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Hey there, Cheri Torres with DISH Network Customer Service here. Since your TV is no longer going to channel 73 you can set your DISH receiver modulator setup to a channel your new TV will go to. Go to your TV1 location with the DISH Network remote press Menu, 6(system setup), 1(installation) and 5(modulator setup). Once you are in the modulator set up screen you will need to high light AIR on TV2 out and select it. The channel number on TV2 out should change to channel 60 once it has changed select done to save the changes. Once you have completed these steps go to your new TV and set it to channel 60. So look in tv settings for air/ cable and switch to cable. Or you take the adapter box on the satellite and switch it to something besides 73. What is it on 73 for?

one of mine is channel three and the one in bedroom is 60. it may be different for each state or something. just call and they should be able to help
