As they say, if you break it, you pay for it.

After 15 days and broken screen? It is yours for ever.

However, if you have home owners insurance or renter's insurance, they may cover the accidental damage.

If it just malfunctioned or broke by itself, it could be covered by the manufacturers warranty. There should be an 800 number somewhere in the papers that came with the TV. They will tell you what to do to have it replaced. The manufacturers warranty is usually 1 year.

If you broke it, then probably no. I'm fairly sure Wal-mart does not cover that in their warranty/insurance, even if you did pay for it.

Sorry, I know it sux.

No you can not return the TV. You would need to have insurance so no you can not return the TV.

Probably not. Stores like Wal-mart and Kmart usually don't let you return stuff that wasn't broken when you bought it. Some Best-buys and Sears let you return it, but probably not Wal-mart

If it came broken, yes, if you broke it no. And Walmart is likely to say you broke it.

But go ahead and take it in, you have nothing to lose at this point.

No. You would need insurance on it.

PS. Where do you live? It's May 2 here.
