Vizio = http://www.bestbuy.com/site/led-40-class-40-diag--led-1080p-120hz-smart-hdtv/9187059.p?id=1218994548974&skuId=9187059&st=categoryid$abcat0101001&cp=1&lp=5#tab=reviews

Panasonic= http://www.bestbuy.com/site/viera-39-class-38-1-2-diag--led-1080p-120hz-hdtv/8124374.p?id=1218864356447&skuId=8124374&st=categoryid$abcat0101001&cp=1&lp=6

Both have 1080p, 120hz refresh rate, LED TV, and HDTV

Both are $399.99

$400 is my budget

I'm an avid gamer, sports, and movie watcher. So which would be the better TV?

What would you recommend?

Any expert knowledge on these TVs?

Any personal experience with these TVs?

Thanks in advance

Panasonic, hands down. Panasonic and Vizio are in a different class of television in terms of quality. Panasonic is a true premium set, Vizio is a low-rung set with a lot of self-hype by the brand.

Go with Pan because their service base further upgrade base far more sophisticated than the other. Check if Pan has a USB which means they might offer you good firmware update in the next 2-5 years.
