My Tv is only recieving bbc channels?

I switched on my tv to find a message reading No Signal, I then retuned it and I am only getting bbc channels! I was watching itv and channels like that before but now all of a sudden it has stopeed

Try doing a re-scan to tune in. If this fails then you have a problem with reception and a weak signal . Try and find out when the digital switch over is due in your area it may be something to do with this.

Retune after 4th April and again after the 18th.

Retune your set top box or reboot your sky box that sometimes helps.
