Remote control code required for BT Vision box and a Technosonic 32"LCD tv?

hello 2 anyone reading this, got bt vision but cant get volume button to work on the bt vision remote, i got a 32" lcd tv by some dodgy mob called technosonic, BT in their wisdom chose not to print or bother finding codes out for my TV, so stuck using 2 remotes until i can find a suitable code, phoned bt and they were not much help but advised me to try every code in the book, are they off their nut??? 900 or so codes , No danger,help help me lord.

i had the same thing with telewest - you need to contact BT vision and ask them to initialise it on their side - they will run through the steps over the phone with you to program your BT vision remote to communicate with your TV

According to my code book, there are only 2 codes for Technosonic. 0037 and 0556. I hope these help.
