I have a SKY+ HD and I am thinking of canceling my subscription with SKY. The questions I want to ask is:
-will I be able to use the BOX to watch and record free to sat channels?. I.e to program the sky+ box to record "Panorama" on BBC1?
-will I be able to view the programs I already have saved on my box? i.e. a movie taken from SKY1 while I was on contract?
-will I need any more subscription from SKY? just to watch free to view channels?

thank you

You should still be able to watch and record your free hd channels but as for watching the movies that have been recorded, thats a no no. Our friends had a heap of movies stored and when they removed the movies package, they couldnt watch the stored content, if you dont get the channel once you've cancelled, you wont get to watch the saved program!

You will be able to watch the normal freeview channels using the box but you will not have HD and you will not be able to record programs, I don`t know if the saved film will still be available for you to watch.
