Your Tv might now be recieving full colour information for a second because the pressure on the cable in the back drops and then picks up again. Try fixing the cable in the back, most probably the cable is loose.

Its a signal issue, most probably cause is a loose cable conntection.

That happened to my TV and it had nutin to do with the signal or input, it was just dieing, Damn those RCA's
