I'm speaking of an Insignia 32" 1080p, 60hz flat panel lcd tv. But how much do 32" flat panels weigh in general? I'm trying to see if I'll be able to carry it myself or if I'll need help. I'm 5'2 120lbs...I can easily carry my 19" tube tv (crt)

I have a New "32" Sony Bravia And it was very light. Mine weighed only like 15 Pound's. I would however get a another person to help you, not because of the weight. But if you drop one side of the TV then the TV will be gone. For the Safety Of the TV I would get two people to Lift the TV UP. My TV was very light but just to make sure it did not drop I got another person to help me bring in my TV.

Always go with the studs for something that heavy and valuable. Have you seen that commercial on TV where the guy's flat panel crashes to the floor? I cringe every time I see it.

they arent very heavy, if yuo can carry a crt tv (tube) you can carry a 32in flat screen. they are however akward to handle due to the wide flat shape. so you may want to get a friend to help just to be ont he safe side.

about 25 to 30 lbs not heavy but awkward due to size ( 32 inches)
